At least it is paved, so not so much difficulty, but beware if you are using big vehicle like landcruiser, it maybe a challenge if you meet other vehicle along the way. The place is very well designed, with awesome scenery of Ijen mountains. They started to build rooms now, so you would probably can rent to stay here in the near future.
